Did I mention yet how proud I am of Ian? First he stopped taking his Oxycontin medication and now he has FINALLY stopped smoking. As a kid I always said that I would never marry a smoker, but like they say… Never say never. He has tried to stop smoking before; a couple of years ago, but he didn’t persevere back then. Hopefully now he will. He’s been smoke free for over 2 weeks now and that makes me just so happy!! Not only are cigarettes very unhealthy, they also stink and cost way too much money!

Congrats on being SMOKE FREE! I went cold turkey over four years ago after smoking for almost 10 and although it was very difficult, it was well worth it both physically and financially. Good Luck and keep it going!!
It’s VERY difficult to quit smoking without any help. Hope he keeps it up…
